The Naked Baker engaged Coffee Ideology from the ground up — before the café even opened its doors. We guided them through the entire concept and launch process, from menu development and operational systems to staff recruitment, coffee program design, and workflow optimisation.

Home Ground Kiosk
Home Ground Kiosk brought us in to launch a summer drinks program that could handle high student volumes while putting matcha front and centre. We developed a seasonal menu, created scalable canned drinks for up to 500 students, and implemented systems to maintain consistency and speed during peak campus events.
The outcome was a visually striking, highly scalable menu that boosted engagement, simplified operations, and delivered a profitable, student-friendly summer offering.

Hello Moose Liverpool brought in Coffee Ideology to streamline their operations after rising costs and inconsistent systems began impacting profitability. We restructured their café workflow, reduced COGS and labour overheads, rebuilt their QR ordering system, and implemented targeted marketing strategies to boost traffic and customer retention.

Sip Maroochydore reached out to Coffee Ideology after noticing a major disconnect between their strong weekly sales and the low amount of cash remaining in the bank. We conducted a full financial and operational audit to identify where profit was leaking.
